I have always loved writing, except in school lol. I joined the Episode community as an author in 2019 but have been reading Episode since the awful classic style. I released two stories: "The Experiment" (OGs will remember this terrible story...fun fact: this is the only story I have discontinued) and then "Wildest Dreams."

I learned everything by myself, with occasional guides/tricks from Episode forums and (of course, the iconic) Joseph Evans.

I have improved so much over time, and the support and love I have received for years of being in this community have been such a blessing despite the hardships that may have interfered. So, thank you to those who read my stories and give it chance.

This is one of the reasons why I chose to become an indie author, to sell physical books through Amazon/KU and to hopefully grow from it.

^ Fun fact: @Marx.author used to be my Episode author page, but I decided to change this for my actual physical book content for marketing purposes. My now Episode author page used to be my Episode edits account, but I decided to fix this as my official Episode author page, in general.

I love storytelling, it's my passion! But I don't wish for my stories to be on Episode… instead, it'll be on my website (made from PayHip).

Writing is what led me to become an indie, self-published author on amazon/Ku and barnes & noble...

I bet most of you know the reasoning as to why I made this decision but for those who don't, I was at my breaking point with Episode.....I, along with other authors, feels as Episode takes and restricts our own creativity away due to their guidelines than try to build and provide actual correct criticism for revisions of stories we made that took months and even years to perfect. Episode's unfairness and abuse of power between big and small authors amongst the community is NOT where I want my stories to be. I want to be able to expand and portray my creativity MY WAY without restrictions from guidelines (that they sometimes don't even follow). My motivation decreases drastically, especially when Episode threatens that they'll suspend or permanently remove me and my stories. To prevent this, I will be continuing all my stories on my website...Now, I will still be using Episode's styles & assets (do not claim or own) to create stories. I just won't be updating/publishing on the app itself anymore - I may or may not allow exceptions, though, it’ll be rare.

My stories that are already published on the app will still be available on the episode app (unless otherwise).
